This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Ascendant Studio (“Ascendant Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), as the owner and operator of the WallShift mobile application (“WallShift” or “App”), collects, processes, uses, stores, and discloses information in connection with your use of WallShift. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the practices and procedures described in this Policy. The terms herein are subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.

1. Information Collection and Use

WallShift is designed to collect only a limited scope of information necessary for the proper and lawful functioning of the App and the provision of its features. The following categories of information may be collected and processed:

User-Generated Content: Images, files, and other content utilized within the App are processed solely on the user’s device. No such content is transmitted to, stored by, or otherwise made accessible to Ascendant Studio or WallShift.
Transaction and Feature Access Data: WallShift does not, under any circumstances, have access to, collect, or store your payment credentials (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses). All payment processing is handled securely by the Google Play Store. WallShift may receive purchase or transaction identifiers and related metadata solely for the purpose of verifying access to paid features.
Advertising and Analytics Data: The App may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob). These networks may, subject to their own privacy policies, collect device identifiers, usage data, location information, and other metrics for the purpose of delivering, personalizing, or measuring advertisements. Ascendant Studio and WallShift do not control or have access to information collected directly by such third-party networks.
Support and Correspondence: Should you contact Ascendant Studio in relation to WallShift for support, feedback, or other inquiries, we may retain the content of your communication, including any contact information voluntarily provided, solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or resolving your request.

2. Use of Information

Information described in the preceding section may be used for purposes including, but not limited to:

Provision, operation, and improvement of the App and its features.
Verification of access to paid features and fulfillment of transactions.
Display and measurement of advertising content through third-party partners.
Responding to user inquiries, feedback, or support requests.
Compliance with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Ascendant Studio does not sell, rent, or otherwise share personal information with third parties, except as necessary to:

Enable or facilitate the display of advertising content through third-party advertising networks, which operate under their own data collection and privacy policies.
Verify and provide access to paid features through the Play Store or relevant platform provider.
Comply with applicable laws, legal proceedings, or regulatory requirements.
Protect the rights, property, or safety of users, Ascendant Studio, WallShift, or the public as required or permitted by law.

4. Data Security and Retention

Ascendant Studio implements reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Ascendant Studio does not retain user-generated content or personal data beyond what is necessary for transactional or legal purposes, or as required for the operation and support of the App.

5. Children’s Privacy

WallShift is not directed to children under the age of 13. Ascendant Studio does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us in connection with WallShift, please contact us using the information below so that we may promptly address the matter.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may contain links to external sites or integrate third-party services for advertising, analytics, or other purposes. Ascendant Studio is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party services accessed through the App, including but not limited to Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update this Privacy Policy at any time, at our sole discretion. Any such modifications shall become effective immediately upon updating the effective date above. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of WallShift following any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
